Devised from Oscar Wilde's prison letters - written to his lover when he lost his freedom and his status to a charge of 'gross indecency' - this show takes place in a queer club scene where freedom and expression unite people, despite the old familiar threat to their community.
Highlighting how Wilde's exploration of what it is to be accepted then rejected, yet to still express yourself, still resonates today, Cutpurse's production brings together movement, music and these old words to create a club scene unlike any other.
