Police officer Michael and artist Rhianne have shored themselves up in Michael’s high rise flat as the world outside gets hotter and wetter. Liza makes their lives easier but reveals things about their relationship that once said can’t be unsaid.
For fans of Black Mirror, this is a play about what happens when only the machines are watching.

About the Artist:
Molly Anne Sweeney is scriptwriter from London who’s work explore living in the climate crisis and what it means to be a good person. Her debut play Decommissioned premiered at the Pleasance Theatre Downstairs in London in 2023, following work-in-progress performances at VAULT Festival, Theatre Deli London and the MAST Mayflower Studios. She co-runs a climate focused theatre company Wise Ram Theatre, a resident company of the University of Greenwich/Bathway Theatre, under commission from UCL for a project exploring unliveable heat and runs monthly ‘Staging the Climate Crisis’ workshops at Glitch. She has an MA in writing from the Central School of Speech and Drama, and participated in Greg Mosse’ Criterion New Writers and Story Development courses.
