What’s the ideal way to cozy up on a chilly February evening?

A night at the Glitch of course!

RIGHT OF WAY, the 5 star, award-nominated new play, exploring disability, chronic illness, and Young Carers, which first premiered at VAULT Festival in 2023 (Vault 5) is touring the South West in March 2024, and we need YOUR help!

Join the RIGHT OF WAY team for this special ONE NIGHT fundraiser - You, Me, and the SEA... Grab a drink at the bar, get chatty with your neighbours and settle in for some spoken word, music acts and drag performed by a stellar line-up of sea lovers!

Entry is free, but donations very much encouraged. AND you can secure special VIP table seats in the front row by buying a ticket in advance!

You can also sign up for a FREE ticket, to let us know you're coming and to recieve helpful reminders about the event.

The full line up will be announced soon...

About RIGHT OF WAY

Flooded with grief, a young woman decides to walk the South West Coast Path - in choosing to walk, grow, and to reclaim space, she finds radical joy.

Using lyrical movement and projections of the Coast Path, RIGHT OF WAY explores our intimate connection with the coastline, bodies of water, and our heritage, reflecting on disability, chronic illness and being a Young Carer.

★★★★★ “It straddles the line between poetry and theatre in an exquisite exploration of the "landscape of grief"” Broadway World

★★★★★ “Raw, heartbreaking, and altogether beautiful, Beth Bowden’s semi-autobiographical Right of Way is a poetic jewel waiting to be uncovered.” Everything Theatre

RIGHT OF WAY is presented in partnership with the South West Coast Path Association, Devon Carers (Westbank), and Arts & Culture Exeter. The production is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.

Your Support

Your support will help us tour the play to the South West, increasing awareness of the issues facing disabled people, chronically ill people, and Young Carers, as well as sharing the beauty of finding joy in walking - the perspective offered by wide-open fields, endless horizons and lapping waves when faced with grief and loss.

Your support will also help us provide 5x FREE creative workshops to Young Carers, offering them an opportunity to connect with those in similar situations and take a break from their caring roles.
